Exceeded Our Expectation

I am going to start with a 4-star rating of this company. When I was looking for seamless gutters I called 3G and two other companies. Jake at 3G came out the same day and was very courteous, helpful, and seemed to know the business quite well. He gave us the confidence and professional suggestions to give them an edge. Well, the other two companies didn’t seem to be interested. One didn’t respond and the other suggested I email them some pictures and they would send a quote. We went with 3G. So far, with no rain yet, I can say the installation duo worked pretty efficiently. Although I thought the crew would be a couple more people, the installation went ‘pretty smooth’, until they ran across an exterior light which ‘could’ interfere with the gutter installation and leaf guard (I’m a little surprised that this wasn’t seen in the initial quote, or in the morning when they were doing the gutter tear-out). They modified the installation, and it seems ok (will update when it rains). The installation began at 9:30 a.m. and the duo didn’t leave until after 7:00 p.m, so it was difficult to examine the final product until the next morning. As I said I will update later.
AFTER 1st RAIN: Everything worked great except some minor leaking behind one gutter. When I called 3G regarding this, they immediately responded, sent out a crew to fix the problem. I am changing rating to a 5-star. They are competent, courteous, and I highly recommend this company!
